Return Policy

Mjölk hopes you fall in love with all of our products, but we understand that something you may purchase from our showroom may not work the same way you have envisioned for your home. Mjölk offers a 48 hour return policy for all non-made to order products.

If item is brought back damaged or mounted Mjölk has the right to refuse refund.

Materials such as wood or concrete may have natural inconsistencies in grain or pattern and is not the basis of a legitimate return.

Final sale and floor model sale items cannot be returned.

Quickship items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled after 2 days from the date of purchase.

Gifts: If item is a gift please let the sales representative know, so they can adjust the possible return policy. All items must be brought back in original condition with all original packaging, the item can be returned for a store credit.

Pricing: Mjölk reserves the right to adjust prices on website or in the showroom without prior notice.

Made to order

Deposit: Made to order pieces require a 50% paid deposit upon order. There is a 24-hour grace period where the buyer can cancel the order at no cost. After 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable.

Lead time: Typical lead times for made to order pieces can change between 6 – 12 weeks, please ask your sales representative for lead times for specific items. Mjölk is not responsible for any delays in production and shipment.

Variations: Upholstered items and carpets are produced in different dye cycles, which means the same sofa in the same upholstery can be visually different. Materials such as wood or concrete may have natural inconsistencies in grain or pattern. Mjölk is not responsible for textile and natural variations.

Delivery: When custom furniture arrives at the Mjölk showroom, the customer has a responsibility to pick-up or arrange delivery of the item within 5 days of arrival. A 5% holding fee will be applied for items not picked up after 7 days and for every week thereafter until item is picked-up.
