Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, so make sure to come by the shop for any last minute gifts! We offer complementary gift wrapping with any purchase. Pictured above is the Mjölk Wall Vase, a unique vessel for displaying minimal floral arrangements. The quince branch pictured is from local Toronto flower shop Flùr.

We currently have both sizes of Japanese Folding Knives in stock. Both are excellent for every day use and make a meaningful gift. Also pictured is the NEW Äng Pond Vase designed by Eva Schildt. Its small size makes a wonderful base for holding delicate floral stems or wildflowers picked from the garden.

We cannot forget our collection of Andrea Maack perfumes for Valentines Day! Each scent is thoughtfully curated and made to be worn by anyone. We have been using these perfumes for years and confidently recommend them as gifts. The base of each fragrance is 100% organic Icelandic alcohol and Icelandic water. Each is also vegan, cruelty free, gluten-free and ethically-sourced.

Two smaller tokens are pictured above. The En-Knot Braid is meant to symbolize friendship and close bonds with people around you. Our Mjölk Books are put together by John Baker & Juli Daoust Baker, husband and wife team and co-owners of Mjölk.

Nedre Foss has also arrived back in the shop, including the Sirkel Tealight Holder pictured above. Each Nedre Foss item comes in beautiful packaging that feels like a continuation of the thoughtfulness behind each design.

In keeping with the theme of something red, we would also recommend this Porcelain Bowl with Candy Red Glaze designed by Rina Ono. Each dish by Rina Ono is inspired by traditional Japanese styles and designed with the intention of showcasing entrees, main dishes or desserts.

Then finally we have our go-to gifting suggestions.. The Ildhane Candle Holder by Anderssen & Voll is pictured above. Its cast iron form is meant to resemble a bird with a handsome tail. Then there is the Bamboo Charcoal Incense and our companion design, the Mjölk Incense Holder (pictured below).
