Jurgen Lehl New Arrivals

We hope everyone is enjoying a Happy Halloween on this beautiful day! We’re excited to share that new Jurgen Lehl pieces have arrived in the showroom. A collection of small hand carved utensils made from both buffalo horn and shell are now available just in time for hosting season.

Pictured above is the new Buffalo Horn Open Handle Spoon. Its striking form looks beautiful on a table as a serving spoon.

The smaller Black Horn Spoon has quickly become one of our favourites in the shop. Its smooth texture and slightly curved shape makes it a wonderful object to hold. An ideal utensil for scattering salt or spices.

We are also excited to introduce a new collection of small hand carved shell utensils from Jurgen Lehl. Each is smooth to the touch and luminous due to the material. The collection would make wonderful utensils for serving small bites such as a cheese and charcuterie board.

Reintroducing Almedahls

Established in 1846, Almedahls has been collaborating with Scandinavian designers for over a century to create classic yet modern lines. These two new pieces to the shop are adorned with a design by Swedish designer and textile artist Astrid Sampe. Pictured above is the Persons Kryddskåp Tray, meticulously crafted in Sweden utilizing top-notch birch veneer to ensure longevity and an organic touch.

Almedahls understands the importance of high-quality materials when it comes to their products. The tea towels are therefore made of a blend of linen and cotton, known for its exceptional absorbency and considered the best for efficiently drying dishes and other kitchen tasks.

New Japanese Rice Straw Trivet

Another trivet has been added to our collection! Made from soft rice straw, these make a great surface protector when bringing hot pots and pans to your dining table. The trivet can also be hung on the wall for decoration when not in use.
