New from Elizabeth Lenny

A new collection of pieces by Elizabeth Lenny have arrived in the shop!

With a background in architecture, Lenny now focuses on smaller-scale projects that allow for design and fabrication to happen simultaneously. She strongly believes that form is the result of correspondence between the material and the maker. With this in mind, fabrication becomes an integral part of her design process, rather than a means to an end.

Pictured above is detail of the Frog Vase No. 17. Each frog vase is composed of a singular rock that sits within a waxed aluminum container. The design perfectly pays homage to the Japanese practice Ikebana.

Featuring beautiful floral designs by Flùr.

Soapstone and alabaster Candle Sconces have also returned to the shop.

Keisuke & Michiko Iwata Exhibition

Please join us Friday, October 4th for the opening reception of our next exhibition of work by Keisuke & Michiko Iwata. The exhibition will showcase a variety of ceramics and small sculptures inspired by everyday objects and the natural materials found near the artists home in Fukuoka, Japan.
