METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard and Visa for online purchases. In store, we accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, debit and cash.
TAXES AND SHIPPING
Taxes and shipping are not included in product prices listed online or in store, and are calculated just before payment. If purchasing from within Canada and outside of Ontario, your provincial taxes will be applied. From outside of Canada you will be subject to duties and taxes for your specific location.
PRICE AND ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to change prices, fees and charges for goods and services available through this web site and online store at any time, without notice or liability to you or any other person.
ONLINE ORDERS
We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order. If you order goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed, we will provide you with an opportunity to cancel your order with full refund.
If your order includes goods that are not available, we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date.
If you have items in your cart but don't purchase immediately, we do not guarantee they will still be in stock when you actually make your purchase.
RETURNS
There is a 24-hour grace period where the buyer can cancel special orders less a 3% processing fee. After 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS
Damages need to be notified within 24 hr of receiving. We are not liable for damages after 24 hours. Images of all packaging and damaged goods must be submitted for a claim.
